Trade Marketing Graduate Trainee
Gain in depth sales experience in the Off-Premise universe with a focus on Trade Marketing, Category Management & Business Insights. The Graduate will be based in the Off Premise sales team and will conduct
his/her rotations in Trade Marketing. This will be a formative role whereby the individual will be coached on trade & sales aspects. The individual will be exposed to various sources of data, brand & trade marketing, category management and customer facing engagements.

HR Graduate Trainee
The Red Bull Graduate Trainee Program is an opportunity for any graduate who wants to make their mark, and fast track their career. Graduates will complete an 18 month program during which time they will be exposed to various areas of the business, spending the bulk of their time within the HR department. This a hands-on, practical learning experience. The HR Graduate will be a full member of the team and be assigned various projects to complete with a full Red Bull on-boarding experience. On Premise Graduate Trainee
The 2026 Graduate Sales Program is designed to accelerate learning through two complementary focus areas – Digital & Physical POS.
The Graduate will gain hands-on experience supporting Red Bull’s On Premise Trade Marketing and Insights teams, developing POS tools and reporting systems that enhance visibility, drive execution quality, and strengthen customer partnerships across channels.
By the end of the 18-month program, the Graduate will have developed a strong understanding of the intersection between creativity, commercial insight, and execution excellence.
Qualifications:
- Tertiary Qualification in Commercial, Marketing, or similar degree
Field Marketing Graduate Trainee
The Field Marketing Graduate Trainee supports the Field Marketing Manager (FMM) and Field Marketing Specialist (FMS) in building the local face of Red Bull in their field in the most relevant way and in line with the global and national strategies and priorities. They work with the FMM and FMS to build strong local networks including opinion leaders and key influencers both online (social media) and offline. They help to create and implement marketing initiatives in the four key pillars of the marketing mix (Consumer Collecting, Sports, Culture and Communications) leveraging On Premise, Off Premise and New Business opportunities and encompassing local needs and specificities and therefore impacting the heart of local consumers, ultimately leading to the successful development of the business. The Field Marketing Graduate is constantly out ‘in the field’ to make things happen, this is not an ‘office’ job.
Qualifications:
- Ideally a former Student Marketeer who loves and lives the brand and recent graduate (Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing)
Media Network Graduate Trainee
We’re looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented digital marketing graduate to support Red Bull South Africa’s digital and social initiatives across sports, culture, and brand projects. This role bridges creative execution, platform strategy, and community engagement, ensuring Red Bull South Africa content stays fresh, locally relevant, and globally aligned.
You’ll collaborate with cross functional teams and partners to manage daily social operations, campaign rollouts, content optimization, and digital innovation projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
