Sendhome processes payments using different payments methods such as Cash payments at over 10,000 retail outlets, Visa, Mastercard, Secure EFT Payments through banks such as ABSA, Capitec, FNB, Investec, Nedbank, Standard Bank, Tyme Bank and Bidvest Bank. SendHome clients in South Africa can receive remittances in their bank accounts or collect cash at over 2,000 ATMs and nearly 5,000 retail outlets throughout South Africa.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Graduate Trainee role located in Bryanston. The Graduate Trainee will assist in various departments within the organisation, gaining hands-on experience, supporting day-to-day operations, and contributing to projects. The role focuses on skill development, operational understanding, and exposure to business processes to prepare the trainee for future responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Teamwork, collaboration, and interpersonal relationship skills
- Basic knowledge of business operations or relevant field exposure
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take up new challenges
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in relevant tools or software (e.g., Microsoft Office) is advantageous
Academic:
- Recent university graduate in any of the following fields;-
- Finance
- Accounting
- Business Science
- Computer Science
- Human Resources
- Marketing & Sales
- Mathematics
