Description of the Role:
Investec Sandton is looking for Tech Graduates to join the 2026 Tech Grad Programme.
This programme is aimed at students in their final year of studying toward a technology qualification.
Our Programme offers you hands-on responsibility and business mentoring in one of the most dynamic and successful financial institutions in South Africa. In addition, the Investec Tech Grad Programme is underpinned by an internal development strategy that provides specialist structured learning and support to enable you to thrive within the Investec environment.
We are looking for young aspiring software developers, data scientists, engineers, test-automation engineers and tech-focused business analysts.
Application Criteria:
To be eligible for the programme, you should meet the following criteria;-
- Completing a tech or tech-related bachelor’s degree
- In your final year of undergraduate or postgraduate studies or a recent graduate with under two years of practical experience
- Consistently good academic performance
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Passion for technology and a desire to contribute to innovative solutions
We consider the following degrees from all accredited institutions, as well as equivalent technology and engineering degrees;-
- Bachelor of Science (BSc or BS) in Computer Science
- Business Computing or Computer Engineering
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Informatics or Information Systems
- Bachelor of Business Science (BbusSc) in Information Systems/Computer Science
- Bachelor of Business Science (BbusSc) in Data Science
