City of Tshwane invites unemployed graduates to apply for Graduate Internships Programme for 2024 / 2025.
Location: Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa

Closing Date: 05 July 2024
R6 375,76 per month Experiential Training Student Programme at the City of Tshwane (6 posts available)
Must be a resident of the Tshwane area (proof of residence will be required at the selection stage)
Primary Functions:
The student will be responsible for the implementation of the Business Process Management Strategy, which will include the following;-
- Mapping departmental business processes, including inter- and intra-departmental value chains
- Training departments on the documentation of standard operating procedures
- Reviewing documented standard operating procedures in line with mapped processes
- Facilitating the approval of the mapped and documented process maps and standard operating procedures
- Facilitating the optimisation of inefficient and ineffective processes
- Training departments on different business process management principles
- Facilitating root cause identification sessions
Application Requirements:
- Must have completed an appropriate three-year tertiary career-related Degree or National Diploma in;-
- Operations Management,
- Management Services or
- Industrial Engineering
- Must be a resident of the Tshwane area (proof of residence will be required at the selection stage)
- Must be between the ages of 22 and 30 years old
