- Fluent in English language
CERTIFICATIONS AND TRAINING COURSES
- Basic PC literacy (advantage).
- Communication course (advantage).
- Training in handling complaints, conflict and criticism (advantage).
Experience and Knowledge:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant experience in Tea Lady / Cleaning duties. (18 – 24 months)
