Reddford House Northcliff is seeking to appoint a Cleaner to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis from 1 January 2026.

The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across the school, ensuring that all areas meet the high standards expected within the Inspired Education Group. This role is essential to supporting the smooth running of the school and creating an excellent environment for teaching, learning, and community life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general cleaning duties throughout the school buildings and facilities.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in classrooms, corridors, offices, and communal areas.
• Ensure cleaning equipment and materials are used safely and effectively.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
• Work collaboratively with the wider facilities and housekeeping team.
• Uphold professional standards of conduct, punctuality, and reliability.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties as directed by the Head of School or line manager.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have;-

• A minimum of 2 years’ cleaning experience.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment.
• A positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to adapt to change.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Demonstrated reliability and professionalism in the workplace.
