About FSCA:
The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) regulates market conduct in South Africa’s financial sector. The internship programme is aimed at producing competent graduates who will contribute to the transformation of financial markets, ensure customer protection, and promote financial education and stability.
Internship Programme Overview:
- Reference Number: INT 2025/2026
- Duration: 12 months (non-renewable contract)
- Mentorship: Interns will be guided by experienced mentors.
- Exposure: Participants will be placed in relevant divisions aligned with their qualifications and career aspirations.
- Training: Competency-based and practical training opportunities throughout the programme.
Who Should Apply?
FSCA encourages applications from marginalised groups and persons with disabilities. Candidates must hold a completed Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in one of the following fields:
- Events Management / Public Relations
- Multi-Media Design / Graphic Design / Digital Media
- Social Science
- Education
- Economics / Accounting / Supply Chain Management
- Logistics
- Mathematics / Applied Mathematics / Statistics / Computer Science / Information Technology
- Politics, Philosophy and Economics (PPE)
- Law (LLB)
- Office Administration / Public Administration / Business Administration
- Risk Management / Legal / Corporate Governance Administration
Minimum Requirements:
Applicants must;-
- Be a South African Citizen with a valid SA ID.
- Have no prior work experience.
- Possess a strong desire to work in the financial services sector.
