Role Summary:
- As an in-service trainee, your responsibilities include shadowing various staff members, participating in learning experiences, attending meetings, and workshops.
- Your role includes a combination of practical hands-on work and theoretical learning, focusing on developing and applying industrial engineering principles in a real-world setting.
- This role supports production, engineering, and operations overall, providing technical assistance, developing documentation, and contributing to Continuous Improvement Maturity on-site.
Qualifications:
- Matric / Grade 12
- Studying towards a qualification in Engineering / Management / Science Technology where there is a requirement to gain workplace experience in order to obtain formal qualification.
Skills:
- Agility – to work in a matrix, complex, and fast-paced environment. Courage – to share ideas, challenge the status quo.
