HR Graduate / 12 months Fixed Term contract / Work location – Yanfeng Rosslyn Plant

Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily attendance through the Time and Attendance system and share the exception report every morning with the production team
• Update and consolidate HR reports and ensure the files are saved systematically
• Training and development administration (filing, booking, reporting, organizing, etc.)
• Ensure 5S on the system and HR office
• Assist with BBBEE Audit reports and documentation preparation
• Support shop floor communication strategy (advert, updating the notice board, prepare announcement, managing the suggestion box, etc)
• Participate in HR committees, take minutes and schedule required meetings
• Assist with UIF claims as well as medical aid applications.
• Personnel File audit monthly and maintaining good filing system
• Manage appointments for entry and exit medicals, prepare onboarding documents and plan induction with HR Professional
• Frequent updating of the org charts with pictures
• Manage HR Calendar and events work with together with Office Admin
• Assist all staff training and Workplace Skills Plans work together with HR professional
• Day to day HR Administration
• Assist with recruitment admin

Experience and Qualifications:

• National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
• Experience and exposure to HR environment will be an added advantage
• Have good presentation skills.
• Administrative skills and good interpersonal skills.
• Competency in computer programs (MS Office, SAP – will be trained on internal ERP system).
