Responsibilities:
- Assist with the HR administration.
- Assist with placing vacancies, screen/headhunt and source applicants fit for the job ad placed within 24 hours.
- Scheduling meetings, appointments and interviews.
- Assist with filing confidential documents.
- Assist with performance reviews.
- Investigating facts regarding cases.
- Maintaining client files.
- Collecting and filing evidence and information appropriately.
- Assist with drafting minutes.
- Assist with drafting contracts and other legal documents.
- Carry out any other reasonable ad hoc duties in order to support the HR department.
