Role & Responsibilities:
- Gain hands on experience in the HR Training environment
- Gap Analysis
- Training Plan Implementation
- Design and develop training material
- Office Administration
- Facilitate In-house Training
- Experience on Training & Development Systems
Skills & Strengths:
- BCom in HR / Training & Development
- Advantage would be the Certificate in OD-ETDP
- South African Citizen
- 18 years or older
- Medically fit
- English language as mode of learning
- Strong Excel skills
- Passion for people development
