About the 2025 Internship Programme:
The internship position at Maritzburg College provides a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and looking to gain hands-on teaching experience. This programme is open to individuals who are studying towards a Bachelor of Education (BEd) or Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), with a specialisation in Mathematics and any other subject.
Interns will be expected to:
- Assist in the classroom, helping students with lessons and learning activities.
- Be involved in invigilation and monitoring exams.
- Participate in school sports, cultural, and leadership activities twice a week, contributing to the vibrant co-curricular life at the school.
