We are determined to build talent pipelines for our Stores and therefore we invite all suitably qualified and unemployed South Africans to apply for the 2024 Graduate Opportunity.
We offer a 12-month programme that provides work experience in specific areas with critical skills within the organisation. You will gain valuable work experience, explore career paths and be able to network with professionals in the field of study. During this time, you will be based in one of our Massmart Retail Stores (Nationally) or Distribution Centres (Gauteng, Western Cape, or KwaZulu-Natal) and be exposed to the world of retail.
In addition to a qualification combined with relevant work experience, you’ll also gain business, personal, and technical retail skills you can use across the business and throughout your career journey.
Requirements:
- Completed a minimum of a Diploma / Degree qualification in the relevant field of study.
- Should not have been employed permanently with a single employer continuously for more than 1 year
- Should not be studying full-time in the year of employment (August ‘24 – July ‘25)
- Should not be registered on a SETA funded program currently
- Available and willing to work retail hours and on a fixed-term 12-month contract
Qualifications:
Completed a minimum of a 3 Year National Diploma / Diploma in;-
- Business Management,
- Sales and Marketing,
- Finance,
- Horticulture,
- HR Management,
- Retail Business Management.
