We are delighted to announce that we are inviting applications for our 2024 Graduate program which will be based at our Johannesburg- Sandton office.The successful candidates will join a two-year program, each successful graduate can expect to gain incredible insights, learnings and development from multiple cross-functional areas of our business. This is achieved through multi-disciplinary rotations, a personalized development roadmap, and a support network of subject-matter experts within the Orica business.

What you will bring:
- Willingness to learn and to make an impact;
- Interest in working in an industrial environment and to explore site operations within the sub- region;
- Curiosity in learning a variety of technical applications of engineering and technology;
- Ability to collaborate with a variety of multi-disciplinary stakeholders, work effectively as part of a team, including the ability to lead and collaborate with others;
- Ability to analyse complex problems and develop creative solutions;
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences;
Qualifications:
We’re looking for graduates who hold a BSc or BTech who range from the below disciplines, have an aggregate of 60% and have graduated between the years 2023- 2024;-
- Chemical Engineering;
- Electrical Engineering;
- Mechanical Engineering;
