Minopex is searching for fresh talent to join our organization as part of our Graduate Chemistry Programme. We are looking for recent graduates who are high performers, disciplined, dedicated and self-motivated to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Graduate Programme is designed to equip graduates with industry experience and professional development through practical learning programmes.
- As a Graduate: Chemistry, you will be required to ensure that the equipments/instruments used in analytical work are producing accurate results, analysis of samples, providing analytical reports of the process streams from the mining operations and individual clients.
- Graduates will develop skills through hands-on experience by means of personal interaction with more senior, experienced staff to learn by means of coaching, on-the-job training, dealing with clients and process challenges in the workplace and learning the nuts and bolts of our business.
- To adhere and maintain ISO 17025.
- The Programme offers graduates a unique learning opportunity with ongoing assessment and feedback.
Requirements:
- Completed Diploma in Analytical Chemistry/BSc in Chemistry.
Experience and Skills Requirements
- 1 – 2 years Laboratory experience in mining will be advantageous
- Computer literate in MS Office software tools
- English language proficiency
- Must be a South African Citizen
