Job Responsibilities:

• Utilise data science and engineering skills to drive data-driven decision-making that optimises operations, reduces costs, and eliminates waste.
• Strive for excellence in data-driven service delivery, meeting high standards for internal and external clients.
• Contribute to Nedbank’s transformation initiatives, using data to support business strategy, including social responsibility and green initiatives.
• Implement advanced data modelling techniques to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Ensure compliance with data and AI governancestandards, ensuring the integrity, privacy, and security of sensitive information.
• Propose and drive process enhancements and operational improvements using data-backed solutions.
• Foster positive internal relationships and manage expectations of colleagues and clients, ensuring successful task delivery on time and within quality standards.
• Provide regular feedback to team leaders and supervisors, ensuring effective task management and workload distribution.

Essential Qualifications – NQF Level:

• Advanced Diplomas / National 1st Degrees

Preferred Qualification:

• Relevant Degree, Diploma, or Equivalent qualification in;-

  • Computer Science,
  • Or a related field.
