The Office of the Chief Justice (OCJ) is offering an exciting opportunity for two Legal Interns to join their Graduate Internship Programme, starting from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2027.
This two-year internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in the legal field, working at the prestigious Constitutional Court in Braamfontein.
Position Available:
- Position Title: Legal Interns
- Post Reference Number: 2024/13CC/OCJ (X2 POSTS)
- Stipend: R7 450.62 per month
- Centre: Constitutional Court, Braamfontein
Key Responsibilities:
As a Legal Intern within the Office of the Chief Justice, you will;-
- Assist in legal research and case preparation.
- Gain exposure to high-level judicial proceedings.
- Support experienced legal professionals in the analysis of cases and the application of the law.
- Help prepare court documents and assist in the administration of justice.
Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify for this internship, applicants must meet the following requirements;-
- Matric Certificate
- LLB (Bachelor of Laws) Degree at NQF Level 8 with 480 credits, as recognised by SAQA.
