Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily HR operations, including recruitment, training, onboarding, and employee relations
• Support HR administrative tasks
• Contribute to payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payroll transactions
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives
  

Requirements:

• Completed N6 Certificate from a TVET college (Human Resources Management or Business Administration)
• Looking to complete the 18-month workplace experience program
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment
• Eagerness to learn, proactive mindset, and a passion for HR or Payroll
• Based in Cape Town or willing to relocate to Cape Town
