Purpose of the Job:
Sary has exciting work opportunities available for graduates interested in a career in Information Technology.
Successful applicants will commence as Support Desk Consultants on a trainee/1-year contract basis and will provide telephonic and virtual support to our clients on our award-winning HSEC Online® Document Management System.
Saryx provides a great career path for Information Technology students who could later be considered for permanent appointment in positions such as Support Consultants, Implementation Specialists, Business Analysts or Developers.
Main Job Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology (Completed or nearing completion)
- (e.g. BSc or BCom in Information Technology/Informatics/ Information Sciences/Information Systems)
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent ability to communicate telephonically
- Excellent customer orientation
- Logical thinking skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Self-discipline and being a self-starter
- Patience and resilience
- Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel)
- Driver’s license (advantageous)
- Basic business understanding (Some work experience will be advantageous
