The Education Training and Development Practices Sector Education and Training Authority (ETDP SETA), in partnership with Waterberg TVET College, is offering a range of internship opportunities for unemployed youth. These internships aim to provide valuable workplace experience and practical training in various fields.
The following Internship Opportunities are open for applications:
Hospitality Internship (x1 post)
Reference: WTVET 2025/06
Site: Engineering and Skills Training Centre, Lebowakgomo
Stipend: R3,500 per month
Requirements:
- NCV Level 4
Note: Only Waterberg TVET College students may apply.
Finance Internship – Diploma Level (x1 post)
Reference: WTVET 2025/07
Site: Thabazimbi Campus (Regorogile)
Stipend: R5,000 per month
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or NCV Level 4, and
- Completed National Diploma or National N Diploma
Agriculture Internship – Diploma Level (x1 post)
Reference: WTVET 2025/08
Site: IT and Computer Science Centre, Rooywal Farm
Stipend: R5,000 per month
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or NCV Level 4, and
- Completed National Diploma or National N Diploma
Human Resources Internship – Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma (x1 post)
Reference: WTVET 2025/09
Site: Central Office, Mokopane
Stipend: R6,500 per month
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or NCV Level 4, and
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in HR
Finance Internship – Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma (x1 post)
Reference: WTVET 2025/10
Site: Central Office, Mokopane
Stipend: R6,500 per month
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or NCV Level 4, and
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Finance
Note: Only Waterberg TVET College students are eligible for some positions. Applicants who have previously participated in any internship programme should not apply.
