Please note – to be eligible for consideration, candidates must have graduated with a Bachelor level degree in 2023 or 2024 and able to start working full time, no later than the beginning of January 2025.

Fields of study should be in HR, Industrial Psychology or closely related subject.

Your Mission:

Reporting to the META-CWA HR Technology Manager, the HR Technology Graduate will support the transformation of the business through the implementation and support of HR systems and processes across the Epson META-CWA region.

What you will do:

Implementation Support

• Maintain global workbooks
• Compile basic presentations & supporting documentation
• Collaborate with external consultants
• Log tickets with SAP
• Ensure own activities are tracked according to project plan
• Create and manage project sign-offs
• Update issue log based on testing outcomes
• Handle basic user queries
• Create and maintain process documentation

Administration and Support

• Set up meetings where required
• Take notes/actions for meetings where required
• Follow up with stakeholders where required
• Follow up on outstanding Launchpad Tickets when pending with SAP

Training & Training Material

• Training of small groups of users (all modules)
• Create and distribute training material in multiple formats
• Maintain training material

Testing

• Identify system errors and communicate to ensure issues are addressed
• Test system configurations after the consultant has tested, ensuring specifications are implemented before handing to business to test
• UAT and regression testing of all initial configurations and changes
• Testing errors and bugs that arise and identifying causes
• Consolidate testing feedback
• Ensure testing feedback is actioned in the system where applicable

Systems Support

• Manage support tickets according to SLA
• Assisting with troubleshooting / testing of ticketsAssist with document updates / creation for support team
• Customise email notifications
• Manage access to QA environment (test system)
• Support specialists in completing a functional specification documentation
• Assigning user permissions
• Troubleshooting integration issues
• Creating and maintaining reports

Continuous Performance and Quality Management

• Assist with upgrade testing and presentation of changes
• Continuous research on the SAP SuccessFactors modules and new functionality
• Share relevant research information with the rest of the team
• Ensure that you are up to date with trends within the SuccessFactors modules as well as new modules (SFX accreditation)

What we ask for:

• Bachelor’s Degree (obtained in 2023 or 2024) from a recognised university in;-

  • Industrial Psychology
  • Or closely related subject
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
