CANDIDATE ATTORNEY / ARTICLE CLERK 2025
East Rand based litigation firm requires the services of a Candidate Attorney – beginning January 2025
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with clients, sheriffs, advocates, opposing attorneys
- Drafting of contracts, Wills, agreements, pleadings and notices
- Assisting Attorneys with daily tasks
- Court appearances
Requirements:
- Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Must have an excellent command of the English language (written and verbal)
- LLB degree Computer literate
- Must be hard working and self-motivated
- Drivers licence and Own transport essential
SALARY: To be discussed at interview
