About the Law Firm:
Ric Martin Inc is rapidly growing from a boutique law firm to a full-service law firm with an international footprint. We aim to remain a law firm with our head office in South Africa and our hearts in Africa and have embarked upon the journey of growing our reputation in the SADC region. We regularly advise clients in Namibia and Botswana and aim to have offices throughout the SADC region. In a short space of time, we have solidified our position as experts in the field of Medical Malpractice and Insurance Law.
We represent 2 of the 3 largest hospital groups in South Africa and aim to include the 3rd soon. We have successfully defended various medical practitioners and members of the allied services profession, across various fields, in both civil litigation and HPCSA enquiries.
Our thriving Insurance Law Practice includes but isn’t limited to General Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Family Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Labour Law.
Requirements:
- LLB with an average of 65% and above.
- Have excellent reading, writing and verbal skills.
- Be proficient in MS Word.
