An opportunity has become available for a HR Administrator Generalist, to join Samancor, Eastern Chrome Mines, Situated in Steelpoort Limpopo. The successful candidate will be responsible assist the HR department with all general HR duties and administration to ensure the HR Strategy is achieved.
Purpose of the Job:
To assist the HR department with all general HR duties and administration to ensure the HR Strategy is achieved.
Job Responsibilities:
SAFETY, HEALTH, ENVIRONMENT AND QUALITY
- Participate and comply with SHEQ requirements (SHEQ Toolbox)
CUSTOMERS:
Customer Relations:
- Interact with customers and familiarise yourself with operational concerns and any inherent peculiarities. Ensure customer satisfaction
- Administer Employment Equity and reports
Suppliers Relations:
- Liaise with all relevant customers regarding HR strategy initiatives and implementation
BUSINESS PROCESSES
Assists with:
- Contractor Management
- Employee Benefits
- Recruitment
- HR SLP
- Orginizational Development
- Time and Attendance
- HR SAP
- All employees and external stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications / Experience:
- Grade 12 & HR Diploma/Degree
- Computer Proficient
- ±2 years relevant experience in HR field
