Eduardo Construction invites unemployed South African youth to apply for the Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme 2025. This initiative provides 12 months of job experience training to help young people build long-term career growth in the mechanical engineering and construction industry.
About the Programme:
The YES (Youth Employment Service) Programme is a business-led initiative in partnership with government, labour, and civil society. Eduardo Construction is offering training and work experience opportunities for young adults who are eager to grow their skills in both technical and administrative fields.
Available Experiential Learnerships:
- Administration / Receptionist
- Financial Clerk / Bookkeeper
- Information Technology (IT)
- Human Resources (HR)
Available Trades and Occupations:
- Boiler Maker / Welder
- Rigger
- Pipe Fitter
- Quality Inspector
- Safety Officer
- Storeman
- Technician and Engineers
- Diesel Mechanic Training
- Construction Project Management
Minimum Requirements
- Must be between the ages of 18 and 34 years
- Must have been unemployed for more than 6 months
- Must be willing to commit to the 12-month contract with Eduardo Construction and the YES Programme
- Qualifications (full or partial) in the relevant field will be considered
