Role Summary:
As a Graduate Trainee, you will;-
- Gain essential experience and on-the-job coaching to facilitate a smooth transition into the professional work environment while learning industry best practices.
- Apply your theoretical knowledge to develop practical business solutions.
- Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to support work deliverables and projects.
- Engage in rotational training modules across various departments (where applicable) for comprehensive exposure.
Role Requirements:
To qualify for this programme, you must have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree, BTech, or Postgraduate qualification in one of the following disciplines: Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
- A growth mindset, showcasing adaptability and a proactive approach to developing new skills.
- Strong teamwork abilities and adaptability to different work environments.
- Willingness to relocate or work in various locations within South Africa as needed.
- Not participated in the YES (Youth Employment Service) programme previously.
- South African citizenship.
