Non-Negotiable Requirements:
To be considered for this role under the “Yes4Youth” Learnership program, the following requirements are non-negotiable
- Ideal candidates should be unemployed at the time of contracting.
- Must qualify as Youth candidates and therefore must be between the age of 18 – 34.
- Must meet the definition of “Black People,” as defined in the Broad-Based Black Empowerment Act 53 of 2003, as amended by Act 46 of 213.
- Must not have previously participated in a “Yes4Youth” program.

YES Intern – Warehouse Operator
The main purpose of this position is to maintain the organisation and efficiency of a warehouse. This role involves receiving, storing and shipping products, as well as keeping accurate records of inventory.
Qualifications: Higher Certificate in;-

- Warehouse Operations or
- Operations Management,
- Or a related field.
YES Intern – Office Administrator
The Junior Office Administrator will support the Perso Bureau team with day-to-day administrative tasks, helping to ensure smooth operations and accurate documentation. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is organised, eager to learn, and ready to grow within a secure and fast-paced production environment.
Qualifications: National Diploma or NQF Level 6 in;-
- Office Administration,
- Business Management,
- Or a related field.
YES Intern – Procurement Administrator
The Procurement Administrator Intern will support the procurement team in sourcing, purchasing, and coordinating the supply of raw materials, components, and consumables required for manufacturing operations.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in;-
- Supply Chain Management,
- Procurement,
- Business Administration,
- Or a related field.
YES Intern – HR Administrator
The HR Administrator will provide entry-level support to the Human Resources department by assisting with basic administrative tasks and helping to maintain HR records and systems. This role is ideal for a young professional looking to gain practical experience in HR through the Yes4Youth Learnership Program.
Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in;-
- Human Resources,
- Industrial Psychology,
- Or a related field.
YES Intern – Quality Administrator
The Quality Administrator Intern will support the Quality Department in maintaining and improving product and process quality standards. This hands-on role includes inspections, audits, and documentation reviews to ensure compliance with internal procedures and industry standards such as Mastercard Card Quality Management (CQM), ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and PCI.
Qualifications: Higher Certificate, NQF 6 or equivalent in;-
- Quality Management,
- Industrial Engineering
- Or a related field.
YES Intern – Junior Maintenance Technician
The Junior Maintenance Technician Intern will support the maintenance team in ensuring the technical operability, safety, and efficiency of production facilities. This includes mechanical, electronic, and pneumatic systems, with a focus on quality, trust, and security.
Qualifications:
- Electro-Mechanical qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience with Matica/Data card systems is a plus.
NB: Applications must have a minimum of 2 years or less (0-2 years) relevant experience in a similar role (internship or learnership experience will be considered).
