Location: Cape Town, Western Cape; Durban, KwaZulu-Natal & Pretoria and Johannesburg, Gauteng – South Africa

MDS is inviting unemployed graduates with a passion for the financial sector to gain valuable exposure within a Corporate Health and Employee Benefits  Support function.

As an intern, you will work closely with an experienced corporate health specialist and employee benefits consultant, gaining comprehensive, hands-on experience in the overall corporate health and employee benefits support function

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deeper understanding of all aspects of corporate health and employee benefits.
  • Exposure to the Independent financial advisor market and the relationship with the Momentum distribution services.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for corporate health programs
  • Handle the processing of application forms and promptly engage with Financial Advisors/Practice staff upon receipt.
  • Log appropriate activities, timeously (quotes and Financial Adviser engagements)
  • Help gather and analyze data for corporate health and employee benefits.
  • Support the communication and promotion of initiatives for corporate health
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the corporate health function
  • Gain exposure in presentations and advisor engagements

Qualifications:

NQF 7 Qualification / BCom or BCom Honours Degree in;-

  • Business Management
  • Marketing
  • Finance
  • Or related field
