Mercedes-Benz South Africa (MBSA) invites unemployed graduates to apply for Graduate Development Programme for 2026.

Mercedes-Benz South Africa (MBSA) is offering a unique development opportunity for recently qualified graduates, who desire to be an integral part of the MBSA talent pool.

What does the MBSA Graduate Development Programme offer?

  • relevant practical experience in your field of study,
  • exposure to a world class company and well-established brand,
  • an opportunity to apply for positions within the organization,
  • coaching and mentoring support.

In your application, please include:

  • A CV as an attachment (ensure that the file size is small enough to upload, e.g. PDF),
  • certified copies of your Grade 12 (Matric certificate) and tertiary certificates accompanied by an academic transcript,
  • a copy of your certified ID,
  • ensure a contact number and email address is provided.

What are the criteria?

  • Grade 12 – Matric
  • Relevant Tertiary Qualification, with a minimum average pass mark 65%.
  • The requirement is to have a completed qualification.

Who can apply?

  • Candidates who have recently graduated within the last 3 years.
  • A South African Citizen.
  • Recently qualified graduates, (with a Diploma (NQF L6)/Degree or Advanced Diploma (NQFL7) or relevant equivalent Tertiary qualification), in the following career streams:
    • Information Technology or Computer Sciences
    • Accounting or Financial Management
    • Business Studies (Marketing and Sales related)
    • Business Management (Business Processes / Project Management / Business Administration / Banking / Cost & Management / Customs / Tax)
    • Logistics Management
    • Data Science, Analytics and Informatics
    • Social Sciences and Business Management (Processes, Policy and Governance, Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Sociology, Diversity studies)
    • LLB (1-year post admission experience)
