The Legal Dispute intern will coordinate administrative tasks, manage records, support stats reporting, handle data capture, and compile Excel sheets.
The ideal candidate will be adept at communication and coordination, with a strong understanding of office operations and the ability to maintain a high standard of accuracy and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
Deliverables include, but will not be limited to;-
- Reviewing, drafting of documentation and or selected contracts
- Filing and updating the electronic data systems
- Facilitating training sessions
- Appointment scheduling
- Reporting on and updating of Stakeholders
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification
- Matric
- A formal Degree in e.g.;-
- Administration,
- Project Management,
- Legal Disputes
Minimum Experience
- None
Competencies Required:
- Computer literate
- Computer literacy and Microsoft Office skills
- Attention to detail and organized.
- Analytical.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Result oriented.
- Ability to work independently and also within a team.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
