Electrical Engineer in Training
Duties:
- Assist in the creation of electrical, electronic, and telecom systems under the guidance of experienced engineers.
- Participate in projects related to the generation, transmission, and distribution of electrical energy.
- Collaborate on developing and testing electronic devices, control systems, and emerging technologies like robotics and biomedical equipment.
- Work with computing, communication, and software systems in essential industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, and automation.
- Help design and implement control systems that monitor performance, safety, and reliability of electrical components and assemblies.
- Use principles of electrical, electromagnetic, and information engineering in real-world scenarios to solve technical challenges
Qualifications:
- BSc / B Eng Electrical or Instrumentation & Control
- BSc / B Eng – Electrical or Mechatronics
- Electronic Engineering graduates, particularly those with an interest in embedded systems, signal processing, or software development
Chemical Engineer in Training
Duties:
- Assist in designing and optimizing manufacturing processes to improveefficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Analyze process data to identify inefficiencies and resolve issues in production systems.
- Ensure that processes adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations
while maintaining quality standards. - Work on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production techniques,
reduce waste, and minimize downtime. - Monitor the performance of production, equipment and assist in maintenance
activities to ensure smooth operations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, maintenance, quality) and
create detailed reports on process performance and improvements.
Qualifications:
- BSc / B Eng Chemical Engineering
Mechanical Engineer in Training
Duties:
- Assist in designing and developing mechanical systems, machinery, and components for various industries.
- Support prototype creation, testing, and analysis to ensure performance and safety.
- Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Contribute to project planning, budgeting, and scheduling for engineering projects.
- Apply engineering principles to solve mechanical and technical problems in real-world applications.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams and prepare reports to document designs, tests, and project progress.
Qualifications:
- BSc / B Eng Mechanical Engineering
Mining Engineer in Training
Duties:
- Assist in conducting feasibility studies, cost estimations, and risk assessments for various projects and/or software applications, to ensure functionality and reliability,
- Assist the senior engineers with the planning and execution of software
development projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovative mining techniques and processes.
- Assisting and monitor equipment performance and implement improvements to maximize productivity.
- Assist in providing technical support to field operations.
- Assist in writing and testing code to develop and/or improve software applications, this may include debugging and optimising code to ensure it runs efficiently.
- Assist in planning, analysing of data and coordinating of mining projects, assessments as and when required.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of BSc, B-Eng Mining Engineering / Technical
Degree in Mining Engineering.
Software Engineer in Training
Duties:
- Assist in conducting feasibility studies, cost estimations, and risk assessments for various projects and/or software applications, to
ensure functionality and reliability, - Assist the senior engineers with the planning and execution of software development projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Instrumentation Engineer in Training
Duties:
- Assist in collecting, analysing, and interpreting large sets of data to assist in supporting insights that can inform business decisions,
- Assist in identifying and implement improvements to instrumentation and control systems to enhance reliability, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, marketing, and operations, to ensure data and analytics align with business objectives.
- Shadow and work closely with senior engineers, technicians, and operations staff to ensure instrumentation and control systems support overall operational goals.
- Assist in providing technical support to operations as and when required.
- Assist in planning, analysing of data and coordinating of mining projects, assessments as and when required.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree / Technical Degree in Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering /Instrumentation Engineering
NB: No previous work experience required
