Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting and learning about food and beverage prototypes and assisting with product innovation in the Flavour Development laboratory
- This is a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in the R&D field, contributing to exciting projects within the food and beverage industry
Conduct sensory evaluations and analyse product quality - Support the formulation and testing of new product ideas
- Record and document findings in a clear and organise d manner
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards in the laboratory
- Collaborate with team members on various R&D initiatives and projects
- Provide insights and recommendations based on lab findings
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Food Science or a related field
- Strong interest in R&D and lab work within the Food and Beverage industry
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of organisation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and attend to multiple tasks
- Strong work ethic
