About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Content Coordinator Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our digital presence by creating engaging content that resonates with our audience.
The ideal candidate is a creative thinker who understands how to connect with audiences on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok and others. You will work closely with the digital and content teams to bring fresh ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and engaging multimedia content (images, videos, reels, stories, graphics) tailored to various social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and schedule content calendars.
- Stay updated with social media trends, local market preferences, and cultural moments in Mexico.
- Support community management by engaging with comments, messages, and mentions.
- Assist in analysing social media metrics to identify performance insights.
- Work with external designers, videographers, or photographers when necessary.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Completed a Degree in;-
- Marketing,
- Communications,
- Design,
- Or a related field.
- Strong understanding of popular social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
- Basic video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or Hootsuite is a plus.
