Campbell Attorneys offer commercial and litigation advice to clients and we also have specialist departments including personal injury claims, medical malpractice claims and the private security industry. Campbell Attorneys has special emphasis on contingency based litigation and regularly take on both personal injury and commercial disputes on contingency. Our personal injury practice group consists of an experienced and dedicated team which understands the complex issues relating to personal injury, Firearm license (Firearms control act) ,medical law cases and Road Accident Fund claims.
Our services include:
RAF claim (Road Accident Fund claims), medical malpractice, train accident claims, dog bite claims, product liability claims, wrongful death and professional negligence claims. This department generally take on their matters on a contingency fee basis (no win no fee basis) which means we finance the considerable costs of bringing these matters to trial including the costs of expert witness and advocates. Campbell Attorneys profile and track record allow our client’s to enjoy access to our extensive panel of top medico legal and other specialist and advocates.
Requirements:
- Candidate must be hard working and self-motivated
- Computer literate
- Must have completed their LLB
- Must be willing to serve two years of articles
