Roles and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be required to fulfil the role and functions of a candidate attorney comprising but not limited to:
- Litigation and management of Insurance Liabilities Litigation portfolio compromising 250 – 500 files;
- Litigation, settlement negotiation, occasional service and filing of documents, court appearances, recoveries / liabilities on both personal and commercial lines;
- Indexing and Paginating;
- Accounting to management in respect of portfolio management and targets.
Minimum Requirements:
- LLB Degree from recognised institution,
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn.
- Good time management and administrative skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high pressure and high paces environment.

Advantageous:
- BCom Law Degree.
- Cession of PVT contract with prior litigation or insurance experience.
- Interest in technology.
- Previous working experience.
- Drivers licence.
Remuneration:
- Market and experience related.
